Monroe, WI—I was going to wait a few months for the update. However, with the current situation I wanted to keep a positive attitude and hopefully help everyone else keep one as well.
That said, I am crushing my goals! As of today, even with my gym closed down, I still find ways to stay active and exercise. As I stated last time, on August 26, 2019, I was at 426 pounds. As of the writing of this email, I have lost 78.4 pounds and am down to 347.6 pounds. I have also lost a total of approximately 32 inches.
